4. Cancellations & Refunds

Client cancellations:

  • Cancellations made [7–14 days] before the event: partial refund or rescheduling may be offered.
  • Cancellations made less than [7 days] before the event: non-refundable.

Rescheduling:

  • We will do our best to accommodate one rescheduling request, subject to availability.

Company cancellations:

  • In the event we must cancel (e.g. extreme weather, safety concerns), you will be offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • A rescheduled date
